Ladder Walk-Way

A question I got asked often is: "what do we do beside our house when we have a walkout basement that will make getting in and out with a mower easier?". My answer to this question is the pictures you see here. If you simply install paving slabs on a steep grade, they tend to slip and slide down hill over time, but if you build them into a wood frame/ladder, and nail that frame to the ground with 2ft pieces of rebar, that walkway won't go anywhere! It not only looks good by also provides a great solution.
