Lagore Project

This is one the toughest projects that we have every had to do. What made it some difficult was that the grade was sloped towards the house, but we needed the final grade of the patio to slope away, but not make any tripping hazards along the driveway. We were also the second contractors called to this site, so there were some things I would have done differently, such as the height of the retaining wall, but it was too late to change that. The solution we found was that we literally had to twist the final grade of the patio so that water drained away from the house. This might sounds simple, but it took A LOT of work, changing the grade every few feet, to achieve this. At the end of the day, we got it done, and it looks amazing!
