Patio Repair

One of the more difficult things with landscaping is that things are always moving. If you get granite countertops for your indoor kitchen, you can be certain that the counter is not going to all of a sudden move on you and crack the granite or put the granite at an odd angle, however this is not true for out-door patios. Sadly, for this client, they patio was installed right after the house was built, not allowing enough time for the ground to settle, so after a few years, the patio and retaining wall were no longer where they should have been becoming a tripping hazard and an eye sore. We were able to remove the effected stones and re-install them on a strong, compacted base on well settled ground, ensuring that this will not happen again.
