Wellington Place SW Project

What made this project unique was that we were working in an already established space with tight access, but also need for excavating equipment. We were able to use boards to protect the existing features and I am very happy with the result. We built a PISA2 (charcoal, Expocrete) wall on the backside of the island feature, and rebuilt part of the natural stone wall, removing the pieces that had fallen apart with Kootenay Brown Stone Boulders. We also used large form 2" Black Bundle flagstone for a patio with Romex poly-sand that allowed for drainage to help keep the trees healthy.

Chad’s team of Mora and Ty worked their butts off for nearly 3 weeks on my garden renovation. Chad is professional and works to a commercial standard. Communication was good and we were present throughout the job. Numerous unanticipated decisions had to be made and the Alpine team worked cooperatively and creatively to get the job done! Costs were what we expected and what we agreed to. Highly recommended!
